Dog Days of Dallas
Animals are always the way to my heart! I was so excited to attend the Uptown Pet Party at Dear Clarke Hair Salon, hosted by my amazing friend LeeAnne Locken and Real Housewives of Dallas costar Brandi Redmond to help raise money for the SPCA of Texas. For $50, patrons could receive a bottle of Dear Clarks new pet shampoo, as well as a personal bath for their pet by LeeAnne and Brandi!

The event was obviously pet friendly and included so many great animal oriented vendors. From Berry Naked Pops, who have dog friendly popsicles, and Ochoa Photography, who did puppy glamour shots for free for patrons! Also for those thirsty pet parents, a great bar was available presented by Spirit Elite, handing out delicious strawberry lemonade sangria.

The best part of the event though had to be getting to meet and love on the animals up for adoption, as well as learn about different ways that you yourself can help Dallas animals in need. From donating money, to donating certain items shelters need like blankets, etc to simply going and helping walk dogs or play with kittens. All the different ways to get involved can be found at www.spca.org Make sure to check it out because there are always animals in need of help! I mean look at this little one below, how can you not help!
