Will the weekend slowly but surely approaching, it's time to start formulating your plans and if a movie is in your future I have one that you MUST SEE! With a star studded cast, Miss Sloane is the political drama of the decade! Taking on topics very relevant to our recent election and our current political climate, this film rivals its on tv competitors for the most twists and turns. With a mix of How to Get Away With Murder and Scandal, sprinkled with the intensity of Law and Order, Miss Sloane could not have pleasantly surprised me more.

In my opinion, Jessica Chastain gave us one of the best on screen performances she has ever had. She fully development her role of Elizabeth Sloane, down to the dark and rather terrifying facial expression that made her so feared. Not only was her performance amazing, throw in a spectacular supporting cast of hopefully rising star Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Alison Pill, John Lithgow, Jake Lacy and one of the most terrible villains, Sam Waterston.

If you like suspense, drama, sexual tension, and stunning wardrobes, this film is perfect for you, so ignore the IMDB rating and make your way to the theaters this weekend! Miss Sloane hits theaters near you this Friday!

SPOILER ALERT!!!!

Turn back now if spoilers offend you!!

The thing with Elizabeth Sloane, just like the trailer said, is that she ALWAYS is 4 steps ahead of her opponent and everything is always planned! From picking her staff to planting information, Sloane never can be outplayed. The one main spoiler that REALLY blew my mind was that from the get go, she planned on being sent to the senate investigation committee. She framed herself all on purpose, to take down the gun lobby! Just amazing!

Something that I do believe left me wanting more was the lack of character development n Miss Sloane. We never did find out why she grew up having to lie. Nor did we learn if she had any form of gun violence in her past that made her choose to oppose the gun lobby. That part fell slightly flat for me, but overall, her mystery helped to make the film less predictable!
